Mr. Vijay Sipani is the proprietor of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 33 years standing in the profession. He initially, worked as a Partner in M/s K M Aggarwal & Co. with CA K.M. Aggarwal (Former President of ICAI). He has vast experience in the field of Assurance, Direct Tax (consultancy & representation) and Company Law. He has worked for a number of clients which includes domestic companies from different industries and various high profile individuals.

Preksha Jain

Qualifications: ACA, B.Com
Specialization: Assurance, Indirect Taxes (GST), Company Law & Accounting
Post-qualification experience: 5 years

Ms. Preksha Jain is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been associated with our firm since last 2 years. She graduated from Rajasthan University and was a rank holder. She has rich experience in the field of Assurance, Indirect Taxes (GST) and Company Law.
